No, you don't have the virus.  It doesn't infect Linux.

The virus forges the "from" address when it sends out it's emails.

The virus is using your "from" email address from a different (infected)
PC of someone who has your email in their address book, and stupid virus
scanners send a message to whoever _claims_ to have sent the virus (you
in some cases).  I get the same email warnings.
