[GLLUG] Hosting (again)

I figure about 500 megs of space should suffice for the start.  If the 
site grows beyond that, we could always pay more later.  Given that,  
I'm not quite sure what kind of bandwidth I'd need realistically.  I 
really don't want to pay more than $40/month, so whatever the max of 
everything I can get for that cost would be best.
