Depends on what you want to do. A group I used to work with used Black
Arts (http://arts.sourceforge.net/) to amass technical knowledge. It's
easy because any nugget of wisdom (or any enormous how-to or faq) can be
e-mailed to the repository from anywhere.
Of course, I wouldn't want to present it to customers/users. It's
pretty bare-bones.
