imap is probably a better bet, outlook or whatever should be able to
handle it.
I think you might want to seriously look for ticket tracking software
though. Having a centralized record of issues and replies in a would be
rather handy especially considering the lifespan of the usual Help Desk
people especially when the problems need to get escalated.
