[GLLUG] SMTP Error

I'm working on setting up an email server... I just got Courier-imap merged.
In testing the connections, my email client (Outlook) gives this error:
Server responed with: ????? Maildir: No Such File or directory
 
I just the home directory for the user I'm trying to check email as and I
don't have a .maildir/ directory in there.
 
How do I get one in place?
