FAT32 can be up to 2 Terabytes -- but only if formatted with a W98 
disk.  The NT line of FAT32 formatters are stupified.  XP can only format 
FAT32 up to 32 GB. (page 34, XP Resource Kit).  The W2K formatter is similar.
