[GLLUG] Need a router with flexible port forwarding options

I am currently looking for a reletively cheap router (<$100) that can do 
port forwarding w/ both internal and external ports. 

I'd like to do the following: 

router_address:1000 --> 192.168.1.100:500 

Anyone know of a router that can do this? I have a Linksys WRT54G that I 
love, but it only has the option to map external ports to internal ip 
addresses (the port must remain the same). 

i.e. router_address:1000 --> 192.168.1.100
