Activeworx IDS Policy Manager is a free, very slick Win32 GUI for
managing Snort configurations and policies.  It uses SSH (Plink and
PSCP) to manage the Snort sensors.  It supports Snort 2.2, handles
custom rules and updates, and as a built-in browser window for use with
your ACID site or signature reference sites.

PS - If anybody is running ACID and would like to upgrade to Snort 2.2,
I have patches for the flow and flow-portscan preprocessors that I am
happy to share.
