Just curious -- where did you hear about this? This event is not shown on the 
FSF 'RMS Speeches' page at all:

   http://www.fsf.org/events/rms-speeches.html

And that page _does_ contain up-to-date info, since it showed (not any more 
though) a speech he made yesterday in Pittsburgh (I think) and it shows the 
next speech on April 22nd in Bulgaria.
