I'm sorry you have had a bad experience.  

I stand by my statement though.  Yes, the big boys have been doing VoIP for a while, but getting it to the consumer has been a relatively recent development and the technology at that level is still being refined.

I'm sorry, but VoIP isn't any new tech, AT&T had VoIP running since  
1986..
To add to my 5 cents, now I have another friend here in Lansing  
starting a legal battle against ACD, because he got an uptime of  
about 20% and a full 100% bill, judge for yourself..
