After a lot of shopping, I found that http://namecheap.com was the best
for me. Its $8.88, like many others, but they also offer excellent IP
and e-mail options and interfaces. Its also great for managing multiple
domain names. Their website is quite streamlined as well. I find it
less distracting than some of the other low-cost vendors.
