[GLLUG] Packet Data Analyzer / Statistics

I don't know if it will get you exactly what you want but in ethereal simply
select "Protocol Hierarchy" from the "Statistics" menu.  There are various
other nifty things that ethereal can do with the data, graphs and such..

I configured ethereal to collect packets, after collecting 5 days data, I
wanted to go through and analyze the data to determine how much of the total
bandwidth observed was utilized by the microsoft protocols, FTP, HTTP for
Web browsing, and for stuff like Streaming Audio and video.

Is there any way to take these captures and specifically break out these
categories mentioned above and list the percentage of the bandwidth that was
hogged by each?
