How about Knoppix CeBIT edition?
http://www.knoppix.net/forum/viewtopic.php?p=78849

The difference between this edition and regular Knoppix is the computer won't boot to the CD. This one is designed to allow you running a linux system while still running your XP box. You just pop in the CD and let it autorun.
