[GLLUG] How would you go about buying a new pc?

I've been having an ever increasing problem with Dell's, in
the last two years or so. They're not as good as they used
to make them. Yes, they are attractively priced, especially
for the money, but in addition to stripping the cost, they've
stripped off quality.

Sometimes Dell's work just great and thats what bothers me
so. It used to always be the case that they just worked. I've
enough enough problems here at MSU that they've lost that
distinction with me. I'm starting to guide friends to local
computer stores.
