[GLLUG] MySQL phpMyAdmin login problems

I believe I have granted all priviledges to these user's, and logging in
from any machine. I followed a tutorial <
http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.0/en/adding-users.html > on mysql for
creating users. although it was for a later version it seems to have worked
for CLI logon's. I've read where other people have problems with this. they
say the only way they got it workiing was through cookie based
authentication. However the one file I've found referenced so far I don't
seem to have in gentoo.
