Does anyone happen to know of a place where one of each type of location
are less than a couple miles or so apart? If so, going to the wrong
place wouldn't be that big of a deal, as the other one is just down the
street (and posted of course). I would expect anyone attending for the
first time to have the appropriate date, and regulars or semi-regulars
should be able to manage moving someplace close if they mess up the
schedule.
