[GLLUG] Subversion & Bug Tracking Panel

Why limit this to just git?  Wouldn't most of the content be about the
distributed systems in general, the usage models, theory, etc?  Git was
by no means the first to do most of what it does.  I'm not saying the
examples shouldn't be git, but is that really the topic?
