[GLLUG] apt died... and I killed it.

I tried aptitude as well, but got a whole 'nother set of issues,
namely this charmer: Processing was halted because there were too
many errors. even the -f flag did nothing.
Sigh. I just installed Ubuntu this morning, so I won't lose anything
if I must reformat. Such is life.
