(Using a paper clip, press and hold the Reset button for about 5 seconds
and then release, After the print server reboots it will be reset to the
factory default settings.) Not sure if you have to unplug it or whether
just hitting the reset button resets it.

your computer will need to be on the 192.168.0.x network in order to
access it. It is explained in the quick install manual previously pointed
out by Chick.
