I didn't figure we'd charge for something like this.  More like just make 
it a group event to build good will at Penguicon.  And once we take money 
out of the equation, there's no need for a liquor license.

I know at least one game author/publisher there that I would like to 
invite, and there are probably various con guests we could bring in with 
offers of food and beer (I've found them to be receptive to both).
