[GLLUG] I gave in: Drupal presentation for Penguicon

I didn't want to present this year at Penguicon, but as I was looking at
the tech track on the programming I thought that some more topics that I
was interested in needed to be there.  And the only way I know how to do
that is to present them myself.  So I will be reprising my Drupal
presentation from last fall, although without the networking issues.
