[GLLUG] Best local place for custom built computers?

I like macs too.  I just read that its getting harder to run MacOS on a 
regular PC.  Is there some way to move the main menu bar?  (It seemed 
that Next os had movable menu bars, and then with macos 10 i couldn't 
figure out how to move them.)
