That's probably the more accurate answer.  Debian has many excellent 
features.  But what you need isn't a specific collection of software, but 
an experienced admin, like Charles.  Getting a Charles costs money and 
takes time though.  They do not spring fully formed from the head of Zeus, 
ready to secure your system.
