The problem with that is when the 4:00-4:30 block is not finished by
the end of the time, so you have a big backlog. The queuing system
described above fixes this by letting the operator control how long
the line is. You could map out a tentative time-schedule to go with
the ticket number though, so if someone wanted to get a ticket for
later on, they could. Though this would only be slightly better than
just any ticket, and for the added thought involved may not be
beneficial.
