[GLLUG] Bad plumbing/electrical combo

Jeff's problems were a little ....... well..... different.  The
original layout was fine in his case, just the the implementation
details made FUBAR seem like kind words (blame the cable-monkey).
This looks like it was done with some care, just in a really stupid
area (blame the architect/contractor).
