I just started doing a little calculation, and the deadline for brewing 
is rapidly upon us.  Given how fast stouts and ales in general work, we 
can probably turn out another batch of stout before Penguicon, if we 
brew in the next two weeks.  This weekend is probably pretty tight 
notice, but how about the weekend following?

I have a second plastic fermenter now, and can pretty easily pick up an 
additional, if we want to really start turning out the batches.

We lost most of our oatmeal stout, and after trying a really excellent 
one last week, I think we should definitely make another large batch of 
oatmeal stout.  A wheat beer is probably also in order, because those 
are always popular.  I have one in the keg which is mostly honey, and 
might be too high in esters for most people (although it has mellowed 
quite nicely).  We need another, more drinkable one.  Alternately, the 
dunkleweizen from last year was a big hit.  I also have a red recipe 
that is hard to beat.
