[GLLUG] new guy to Linux, slight warning on Dell GX260 video

This may save you a head ache.
The on board video on Dell GX260s will not run some flavors of Linux.
I'm sorry but it's been too long ago for me to remember which.
Install almost any AGP or PCI video card and most any distro will work.
