[GLLUG] Static IP for the server

Frank, short of very high uptime systems, you probably don't need to
go that far.  Just assign a constant IP address via your DHCP server.
Otherwise, you would need to both assign it in your DHCP server to
reserve the IP and then setup the same IP on the server.
