[GLLUG] Comcast switching from McAfee to Norton ?

I actually heard rumblings that this was going to happen a few months
ago, so I think it's legit. Never bothered  to investigate further, as I
would personally never have Mcafee or Norton on any of my systems but oh
well.

Does the message ask your friend to download new software?  If so, that
would be a classic technique for persuading him to install malware.
