[GLLUG] meetings location: REQUEST TO LIST

My absence has been due to seasonal scheduling conflicts, not locale.  I
work in Mason, so that area shouldn't be that much further for me than CADL
or Gone Wired.  Lack of AC in the summer was a big issue, though.
