[GLLUG] 775 Motherboard bad?

Hi Richard,

Yeah, I have one of those small ps testers.  I also took it to Vertex and they said they thought it was good as well.

The computer itself would power on, but no disc access, like it would do when it looks for the OS.  No video either, I was using the on board intel graphics.

I won't be at the meeting this week (working), but several of us have pocket testers for ATX supplies.  Just drag the supply and power cable along, and request in advance that someone bring a tester.

It is a Gigabyte GA-945GZM-S2 which I really like.  For some reason this motherboard is much more expensive now than when I originally bought it.



I don't see any bulged capacitors.
