[GLLUG] Network Manager & WPA, Revisited

I was back at that place today and tried Network Manager again.  It 
turns out that, while ping and traceroute work fine, so does Chromium, 
despite what I reported earlier this week.  Midori and elinks still 
can't resolve the URLs I tried.  I don't have Firefox (or IceWeasel) 
installed to try out, but maybe there's something in the setup of the 
router that simpler web browsers don't respond to.  That's my SWAG, anyway.

Still, that doesn't explain why Midori worked on Arch Linux at the same 
place the other day.  Maybe it's Network Manager that is fussy about 
what browser is used; CrunchBang is the only distro I use it with.
