[GLLUG] Free, Old PCs

I have some Dell PCs that I got for free on Craiglist a few years ago.
I think the model is GX120. They have P-III CPUs, 128MB of RAM, power
cords, no hard drives, and a COA for some version of Windows (probably
Win2000). We used them in the Penguicon computer lounge a few years ago
as terminals attached to a server, and they worked fine for that. I had
the bright idea once that I could scavenge RAM from some of them to put
in the others, since they're all identical, but it seems to me they only
have one slot for RAM, so that didn't work.

If anyone is interested in one or some of them, and wants more
information, let me know off-list and I can get back to you with the
exact model name and COA. If you need a keyboard, mouse, and mousepad,
I can give you some I bought at the MSU surplus for use in the computer
lounge. If nobody wants them, I'll offer them on Freecycle and
Craigslist. Again, since I paid nothing for them, I'm offering them for
free.
