I feel the same way as Frank.  To get someone to adopt a new PIM, it has 
to be pretty easy to migrate everything over from darn near anywhere.  
That's tough I know, since there are so many programs that you'd have to 
deal with.  But, If I'm going to adopt a new PIM, I need to be able to 
click "Import setting from" and point it to Outlook (ugh!), Outlook 
Express, Outlook whatever, Thunderbird (both Windows and Linux 
versions), Evolution, etc.  If it is a really great PIM, you might be 
able to attract new users, but to get those already entrenched in 
something else, you'd better make it easy and bulletproof to migrate over.
