Additional advantage is that it's small enough you can shove it in a
closet and forget about it.  Which is pretty much how I like my servers.

Also, from experience, you can stick Linux in pretty much any apple
machine and it will work quite well.  If the machine is going to be
headless most of the time, that can be important.
