[GLLUG] IMAP server recommendattions

I am wondering what people on this list would recommend as a simple IMAP
server?  All I need from it is to work with the maildir file structure
and listen on my home network.  If I can tell it where to look for my
auxiliary mailboxes, so much the better.  I don't need a virtual mail
server or anything fancy.  I just want to be able to check my mail from
a tablet with a rudimentary IMAP client...

If it matters, I run gentoo on my system at home...
