[GLLUG] doxygen and github

I am new to github and very new to doxygen. Where I have read some
statements that github has a way to hook the doxygen output into the fork
for self-documentation. 

 

Does anyone do this? Is there any examples? Brief Instructions for the
layman? Or links as to how to do this.
