I'm going to try to make it as well.  For any women interested in 
attending but not interested in being on the street in this 
neighborhood, drop a line privately and we will arrange for somebody to 
meet you at your car.

As far as a regular summer meeting place, this probably isn't a great 
idea.  The neighborhood has never impressed me as particularly safe, and 
I was quite familiar with it when it was a very bad neighborhood.  Since 
we have women who do attend our meetings regularly, I'm not cool with 
this being a regular meeting place for the summer.
