Could someone tell me the name and address of the meeting again and what
time it starts?

If the group is looking for meeting space, I would suggest approaching a
church. They often have facilities that go unused during the week and like
to see it put to use. They likely would charge only a nominal fee -- if
anything at all for a non-profit group.
