It's called a draft box. The copper tubing used is thin walled and very
easy to bend. We're two months out, and it would be quite easy to make
one. They can also be purchased.

The bigger issue is that I'd need to get specialized keg connection
hardware that I don't use any other time, because my kegs were
originally soft drink kegs, not beer kegs.
I'm planning to get the beer from a local brewery, and sometimes
breweries will have draft boxes to rent, with the appropriate connection
hardware. If they do, I'll pick that up, because that will greatly
reduce the cooling requirements and the amount of stuff I have to haul
with me.
