No, I have not, Bill.  I realize that that laptop might not be able to 
boot from USB.  I have tried booting it on another laptop and a desktop 
PC, also without success.  For now, I'm going to quit messing with a USB 
drive and just swap the hard drive into another ThinkPad that does have 
a working CD/DVD drive.  Well, it worked between two weeks and month 
ago.  Failing in that, I have a connector that will allow me to connect 
the laptop hard drive to an IDE cable in a desktop PC, so I suspect I'll 
eventually get the new version of Bodhi Linux installed where I want it.
