I already had the health report shut off.  I can do things on-line, it's 
just sloooooow.  For someone used to dial-up, that's saying something.

I took another look at tcpdump's output.  I was wrong, it must have been 
listing my ISP as the source or destination of packets, and then there 
are others that are the reverse.  So maybe I can cut them out.  I can 
use Seamonkey just fine, and it's close to Firefox.
