FOS: Post-NWAV debrief meeting

Dear FOS and Socio Lab,

The MSU group were well represented at the NWAV 46 conference, and it was a
pleasure to see alumni too, including Daniel Hasty (Coastal Carolina),
Cecily Corbett (SUNY), Erica Benson (U Wisconsin-Eau Claire), Betsy Evans
(U Washington), Jon Bakos (Indiana State), Terumi Imai (Wittenberg
University), Jim Stanford (Dartmouth) and of course Dennis Preston (U
Oklahoma). I hope that's everyone!

The MSU NWAV-ers are meeting this Wednesday, November 8th in B-411 Wells,
11:30am - 1:00pm to informally debrief on the papers and posters that we
saw.

Please feel free to join us if you'd like to hear about the newest research
in quantitative sociolinguistics.
