I ftp'd the file again from Ben's server and tried to burn it again
yesterday and it worked fine.  Looks like I just had an error on the ftp the
first time.  I never intended my comments to reflect on Ben in any way.  I
was just indicating where I got the .iso just in case Alan had the same one.
There was always the chance that someone had posted a bad .iso that Ben had
then obtained.
