Here is my /etc/printcap file

/etc/printcap

---------------->
# /etc/printcap
#
# Please don't edit this file directly unless you know what you are doing!
# Be warned that the control-panel printtool requires a very strict format!
# Look at the printcap(5) man page for more info.
#
# This file can be edited with the printtool in the control-panel.

1. Please post your /etc/printcap file.
2. Can you define "on-site instruction" a bit more? Is
there some reason why GLLUG meetings can't be used for
this? If you would like, we could have another "Q&A"
night to fill in any questions you can ask.

Actually, I thought the amount of questions
I have would take a whole day to answer rather than just a meeting.

I am truely a newbe to this. My Linux education has been mostly errors for
many trials.

-First Question ?

I just setup a fresh install of RH 6.2

nothing fancy.

I have an old HPLJIII attached to it via parallel

when I "lpr text.txt" I get a blank page.

When I "lpr" to it with bigger text pages I get more blank pages.

Could anyone answer this for me ?

Thanks in advance.

-Second question ?

Is there anyone interested in doing some on-site ( our site )
instruction for fill in the holes about Linux for us.
If anyone is interested please contact me e.mail or phone.

Thanks for your time

-Hu
