Your Ethernet card came with a driver disk with Linux drivers?
You probably shouldn't use those drivers. Use the ones that came
with your kernel instead. Usually vendor-provided drivers are
inferior to the ones included in Linus' kernel.
(No joke--usually vendor drivers are slower, less reliable, and
only work on x86.)
