@home email problem

When I fisrt installed mandrake 7.2,
I could get email from @home.
Now, after I re-installed Mandrake,  
I cannot connect to @Home's email server. 
According to the paperwork the tech gave 
during the install, the mail server's name 
is "mail". Something is up because, I 
cannot ping "mail".

Also, I chose a different kernel from the
one I used the first time. The kernel 
I am using now is mdksecure on an i686. 
I'm pretty sure thatthis is the only 
thing different I did. 

I can get email through pilot. I'm not sure
If this means anything. Any ideas on what
I should do to fix this?
