HTML Authoring

I never used GoLive or Dreamweaver so I am not exactly sure what you are
looking for but www.linuxplanet.com had a review of two comercial HTML
editors at http://www.linuxplanet.com/linuxplanet/reviews/1893/1/

And of coarse there is also GPL'ed bluefish HTML editor at
http://bluefish.openoffice.nl/

I have never used any of them... so I don't know how good they are but
it might provide a starting point.
