Way off topic: NT question

Thanks for your advice.  I have read on the 'net that this DLL comes
with IE 3+.  We dont run IE, so I didn't want to install that
abomination.  Looks like its the easiest way to fix the problem.

The original problem started when the user installed
HomeSite 4.5x.  I bet that it installed the DLL in question, but when it
was uninstalled the DLL stayed.
