i never did have (and still don't) have problems with granitecanyon and the
public dns. i've probably got about 8 domains there. i'm not much of a dns
person though, and i still can't get mail to work right :( but i've haven't had
the time to fix that yet. anyways, my friend just recently tried to register
his dns there, and it just wouldn't work... it was about 2 weeks until he
realized he was supposed to forward the email back to granitecanyon! no more
than 48 hours later, everything was good to go...
